from Highline Community College, an American Bar Association
approved program. After finishing college, he was hired by Keller

adjuster for plaintiffs' class counsel in the 1989 Exxon Valdez Oil Spill
litigation. He was the Private Investigator for Abeyta Nelson P.C. from

for the Yakima County Department of Assigned Counsel and for U.S.
District Court (Eastern Dist. of Wa.). He served on the Board of Directors
