HOW WE HELP YOU:

Family law is the most emotionally charged
area of law.  The only standard that Washington
Courts use is "the best interest of the child".
However, that doesn't always me that it's fair.
What about your rights as a parent? While the
court is looking out for the children, who is
looking out for you? When the court is not
there to see what is really happening in the
child's life, who is looking out for that child.
Well....we are!

If a court has ordered custody and visitation in
your case, then it has also ordered that the
parents abide by certain conduct.  Many times
the court will forbid divorced parents from
having overnight guests like girlfriends or
boyfriends when the child is present.
Sometimes one of the parents doesn't abide by
the visitation schedule and that causes
conflicts and inconsistencies in a child's life.
Parents can be abusive, neglectful, and have
drug and alcohol problems.

We can conduct surveillance and take
statements from witnesses.  We can provide
you (or your attorney) with evidence to seek a
modification of your parenting plan.

Perhaps you're supposed be receiving child
support, but you're not receiving it.  We can
help you determine whether your ex has a job,
a second job, or other means to pay.

If you need your ex served with papers, we can
do that for you too.  Many people don't have
the financial means to hire a divorce attorney,
an investigator, or even pay a process server.
We can help you.  We offer reduced-rate
services to low income individuals.  We may be
able to refer you to low-cost or free legal
advice affiliates.

Don't let lack of funds keep you from calling.
We can work out a budget or a payment plan.
We want to make sure you get the help you
need, when everyone else has turned you
away.

Divorce is the dissolution of a marriage
contracted between a man and a woman, by
the judgment of a court of competent
jurisdiction, or by an act of the legislature.  Any
of the partners of a marriage can call for
divorce but both parties must agree to
completely nullify a marriage.  Divorce records
are available as a part of the vital records
information of each state.

Before beginning your divorce investigation,
please note that divorce law is different in
each state.

In addition to conducting divorce
investigations or divorce records searches,
private investigators may engage in financial
investigations to determine the assets owned
by either spouse.
